Overall had great stay for a vacation. Had vintage, quiet room with a jacuzzi tub as well as comfortable mattress. We greatly enjoyed the breakfast.

The value for money at Carlin's Cottage Court was excellent - comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the race start for the Napa marathon. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the luxurious mineral water jacuzzi tub.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of fresh items.

The room was spacious and there was free parking, making it a great place to stay.

The location was nice - ease of access to Napa County Fairgrounds. I needed 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. The room was updated, moreover huge with a jacuzzi tub.

We loved the spacious room with its own kitchen and private outdoor sitting area. Being able to pick fresh tomatoes and basil from the planters outside our room was a nice touch. The onsite laundry facilities were convenient and affordable. Parking right outside our room made it easy to unload our luggage. The staff was helpful and friendly, even assisting us in finding oils for the spa. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to downtown and everything we wanted to visit.

The room was spotlessly clean and updated and had TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave oven as pictured in advertising. The venue was in a central location just off the downtown of Calistoga, and restaurants and shops.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a popular tourist area, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered on-site laundry facilities, which was very convenient for washing clothes during my stay. Lastly, I appreciated the private, outside sit out area that came with the room. It was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the key system was outdated and difficult to use.

Everything was good at this commercial hotel. A microwave oven, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment in our a double room were useful during stay. A spa bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Excellent and affable staff who were always there to help
